Bien expliqué.

Juste, je n'adhère pas à la position 45 ° avec les pieds étendus ( ce qu'il désigne comme un micro-ajustement ). On perds beaucoup de stabilité et l'intérêt lié à la différence de hauteur avec la position classique est vraiment minime...
